How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

I hope this works out for you. The fact that a person took the initiative to help you is positive. Frankly, I wish everyone here a positive outcome to this awful situation. I had had issues getting gift cards before, but it either cleared itself up and allowed me to get gift cards again, or support would step in and help me get the ability to redeem gift cards again.

This time has merely turned into a never ending dead end.

Oh well. Every few weeks I try to redeem, but nothing has changed.

Something that would help is if they actually told us what's going on. Like in my case I've sent numerous tickets because they won't answer the main one, and the other tickets either ask for the same info that's in the original (showing they didn't read it) or just reference the original's number and say they're closing the new one without giving any info or making any progress. So we keep having to send more tickets, backing up the system I'm sure. But they aren't giving choices. They are creating this problem that they reference (a lot of tickets) by refusing to do something simple.

I am trying to get this fixed. I actually got in contact with Xbox support and I spoke to them about it. Obviously they do not have any control over it but they were able to send messages over to that department and I’m still waiting to hear back if I don’t hear back soon Xbox support told me to get back in touch with them and they were going to see what they can do

I redeemed an Amazon voucher but did not receive my reward because My Microsoft Rewards Account was suspended. I am not breaking any rules and regulations. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.
