The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

Yeah, using that support ticket rarely gets any sort of response. I have filed over a hundred tickets with them this year and have had maybe 5 replies, all of which were template emails containing mistakes. Not helpful at all
They lie. no one responds. They stole ALL my points.
Yes! Someone at microsoft has responded to the better business bureau complaint and is "investigating". It's still a terrible system but was a step up from the microsoft rewards support department that are just a black hole.
Did you get any response from that?
Trouble is, I can't even submit a ticket. The whole form is grayed out. I can't put any details in or press submit!
