How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

    I have the same problem. I was cheated out of cash and points on an offer. I have submitted EIGHT tickets and other than one unhelpful response to the first one (submitted 6/29 -- ALMOST TWO MONTHS AGO!!!), it has been crickets. How is it possible to have such absolutely horrible customer service, and how do I get this resolved? Thanks.

    Hi Rodelio,

    Thank you for getting back to me. Sending me to the link to create yet another service request is not helpful since if you read my initial message, the service requests go ignored by Microsoft without responses. Please provide me with a phone number where I can reach a person from the Microsoft Rewards support team.

    Remember Microsoft Rewards is now a joke...

    the system no longer works..

    my granddaughter when she is over likes to earn points

    that she can redeem for gifts. but do to change that where

    made,, the system no longer allows her to redeem her points.

    It really IS a joke! I finally got someone to respond, and they did finally give me the points, but not the money, and when I wrote back asking about that, crickets again. I've given up, which I think is what they're counting on -- that if they ignore queries and complaints, we'll eventually give up.

    I kept opening tickets and finally one of them got a response. A partial and unsatisfying response, but a response nonetheless.
