I'm opening emails and Outlook and it is not being counted or accounted for in the rewards. As for this morning, I've opened up 6 /6 emails and none have been rewarded so it's still 0/ 3.

It was working a few weeks ago but randomly stopped working the start of this month. Possibly someone pushed out bad code. Hopefully it gets resolved soon!

I have been having the same problem for at least a week now. It's very frustrating when your own Community Moderator doesn't know there are rewards points for reading Outlook emails on your mobile device!! I enjoy doing the puzzles, quizzes, completing tasks, but not when it is difficult or impossible to receive the earned reward! Please fix these issues, or your going to lose participants. Thank you!

How do you do your searches? Do you do "Real" searches or are you doing them really fast? If doing them really fast, then you are probably in the Microsoft jail. It happened to me. They only let you do 3 or 4 searches every 15 minutes. It takes about a week to get out if you do proper searches.
