I'm opening emails and Outlook and it is not being counted or accounted for in the rewards. As for this morning, I've opened up 6 /6 emails and none have been rewarded so it's still 0/ 3.

ich habe genau auch das Problem. Die Punkte von Outlook werden nicht mehr (0/3) gezählt. Meine Frage ist: Hat Microsoft das Punkte-Programm für Outlook Email eingestellt?

Opening outlook.com in your mobile browser and reading 3 new mails counts towards earning puzzle pieces. This stopped working about June, 2nd. Please escalate this problem so the appropriate fixes can be deployed.

Yeah I'm just. I'm thinking about etching this whole rewards thing. It's a real pain in the ****. You're not on cool now then you're on cooldown then you're not cooled down and then you're on cooldown. I mean this back and forth stuff is really annoying
Exactly. I dont break a single rule and I get put on "probation." It's like Microsoft does it because they are mad that people are actually using their reward program and have to punish them for it. Or it's just a broken, poorly implemented system. Even the reply to this post is sad. How do they not know reading emails have a counter? lol! I'm also having the same issue too btw! No wonder Xbox is a failing. They can't even get a reward system to work like it should.
It's the last part that's throwing me for a loop. "Navigate to Rewards." Is that literally a button or something in Outlook.com? There's no navigating to rewards in my view of outlook.live.com (which is where I land after outlook.com).
Does anyone have a screenshot of what this looks like?
