Opening emails is not rewarding towards Microsoft Rewards

I'm opening emails and Outlook and it is not being counted or accounted for in the rewards. As for this morning, I've opened up 6 /6 emails and none have been rewarded so it's still 0/ 3.

It's very frustrating when your own Community Moderator doesn't know there are rewards points for reading Outlook emails on your mobile device!! I enjoy doing the puzzles, quizzes, completing tasks, but not when it is difficult or impossible to receive the earned reward! Please fix these issues, or your going to lose participants. Thank you!

2025-06-05T16:00:18+00:00 It was working a few weeks ago but randomly stopped working the start of this month. Possibly someone pushed out bad code. Hopefully it gets resolved soon!
