Opening emails is not rewarding towards Microsoft Rewards

I'm opening emails and Outlook and it is not being counted or accounted for in the rewards. As for this morning, I've opened up 6 /6 emails and none have been rewarded so it's still 0/ 3.

    My just stopped today again. Worked for a few weeks. I did get almost all my my points and puzzle pieces once they got to my claim number.

    Thanks! Weird, I see it now. I swear I must have been in a M365 view or something earlier. Confirmed I do see that button now (in mobile Firefox) but all it does is go back to the usual Rewards page. Where I still see (as others in this thread) 0/3 emails read.
