I'm opening emails and Outlook and it is not being counted or accounted for in the rewards. As for this morning, I've opened up 6 /6 emails and none have been rewarded so it's still 0/ 3.

Yeah. It stopped working for me a few days ago when I would've earned a puzzle piece. I don't think it's intentional since it's a pretty new offering (I believe?). It does suck there's been so many issues with getting points over the last few years, though.
I have at least 4 tickets with proof of missed points and not heard back from them since the beginning of May on my first ticket. EDIT: I just sent them a 5th and 6th "ticket".
That's great to hear. I think a lot of us did. If they're bots, they've been busy.
