I'm opening emails and Outlook and it is not being counted or accounted for in the rewards. As for this morning, I've opened up 6 /6 emails and none have been rewarded so it's still 0/ 3.

I am having the same issue, except that mine is at the final puzzle piece which would give me 100 points.
Same issue. It's happened twice before and today is the third freaking time. I'm tired of losing all these potential puzzle pieces and 100+ points due to broken email reading streaks. And of course, support is NO help. They tell me I'm in some invisible cool down (There is NOTHING that tells me I'm in one) for something I didn't do. And I swear Microwards support is done by some stupid AI because when you respond to the email about the issue not being fixed, they NEVER respond. Worst customer service I have ever seen. And I've had some nasty experiences.
Yeah this has got to be real broken cuz this has been going on for quite a while. And none of the support team has even mentioned anything or reimbursed us have they?
Yeah I'm just. I'm thinking about etching this whole rewards thing. It's a real pain in the ****. You're not on cool now then you're on cooldown then you're not cooled down and then you're on cooldown. I mean this back and forth stuff is really annoying
