I purchased a order from samsung.com via Microsoft Cashback and it immediately said my cashback is success. However, several days later, the cashback case even disappeared from the pending cashback category. I would not make that purchase without the cashback, and yes, I contact them via the Microsoft cashback webpage, and no one respond. So it does look like a scam. Any ideas?

AGREED!! I was thinking along the same lines I would have made my purchases elsewhere with programs that actually provide the cash back incentive advertised. I don't believe Anyone I have talked to, is Not Having this issue with Microsoft CB and it's been this way since I joined lime 7-9 months ago
If Microsoft did not close brick and mortar locations, I would choke a store associate and tell the email support it is their fault.
Microsoft, you have been messing with me since November 2023 saying you are working on my "missing" transaction . You scammed me and I will take from you if I have to.
The answer here is to buy Microsoft products, break them, claim warranty, rinse and repeat until satisfied that the damaged cause d heals our loss from this bs scam cashback.
So here is the deal Microsoft has no customer service people for cashback and they send you links that are totally useless since you have already probably tried them and then they want to keep your money if you do not collect it in a certain amount of time but if you change your aliases on your account it takes 30 days for it to be changed by someone and by then your money is gone. Wow Microsoft once I get away from you I will never use Microsoft again and I am filing a formal complaint with the BBB. If you are here on this site they are getting paid for this as well with no resoultution to your problem. Shame on you Microsoft and I hope you truely pay for this one day and trust me you will.
I received an email today with my cashback monthly statement. I was skeptical but logged into my Microsoft account anyway and found that I did have the amount it said available to be paid. I followed the instructions and within minutes had the money transfered to my bank account. It is not a scam; however, I did get an error message when I tried to use the link to transfer to Paypal that was in the email. I had to initiate the Paypal transfer directly through Microsoft.
