Is Microsoft Cashback a scam?

I purchased a order from samsung.com via Microsoft Cashback and it immediately said my cashback is success. However, several days later, the cashback case even disappeared from the pending cashback category. I would not make that purchase without the cashback, and yes, I contact them via the Microsoft cashback webpage, and no one respond. So it does look like a scam. Any ideas?

    I ordered a new phone and smart watch from Samsung, I should have $120+ coming to me from the 10% cash back offered by Edge. It disappeared and have tried to email customer support to no avail. I have only supposedly made 0.72 cents and I've made far more purchases with higher offers than that with the emails confirming "we got you covered" which is bull. I believe it is a scam and they only want to offer this fake feature to get more people to use Edge and therefore collect your data.

    Yup. Same experience here. They want to know how I signed up. I don't recall. All I know is they say my purchases are covered. They show as pending then they disappear.

    This sounds like a class-action lawsuit is warranted. It may only benefit the lawyers but it would be fun to watch.

    I have been trying to "cash out" the cashback. I have reset my password, reentered my info ... you name it, and I have done it.

    At this point, I am convinced that it is a Microsoft scam.

    You don't sound like an "independent advisor" you sound like a bot dishing out worthless blather. NEVER ANY ANSWERS ABOUT REAL THINGS THAT AFFECT 90% OF THEIR CUSTOMER BASE!!!!!!

    I'm going on my 3rd offer now that has followed directions to a T and Nothing I can't find anywhere to report it and now that I found this, I haven't clicked on like provided for prior customer complaints of the same nature, to Absolutely No Avail The links are just inoperable. This is an awful awful "rewards/cb system" and I would have thought it would be the complete opposite How frustrating
