I purchased a order from samsung.com via Microsoft Cashback and it immediately said my cashback is success. However, several days later, the cashback case even disappeared from the pending cashback category. I would not make that purchase without the cashback, and yes, I contact them via the Microsoft cashback webpage, and no one respond. So it does look like a scam. Any ideas?

Same problem here when I purchased from Columbia Sportswear. Showed pending and that my $20 would be available on Nov 28. On that date, the transaction was completely gone. Just sent email to try to resolve this. We'll see what happens.
i too purchased from apple and swarovski but now i cnt find my cash back its totally scam
Definitely a scam. I've made about 4 thousand dollars in purchases over the last 6 weeks, almost all of them I have the cashback notification. And now about 70% of those purchases don't show as PENDING anymore, just vanished.
I don't know what kind of **** Microsoft is pulling or what they benefit from other than some ad revenue junk for us having clicked on the stupid button when shopping on those websites, but clearly there is no intention of ever actually getting the cash to the purchasers...
Chiming in as yet another person having trouble with microsoft cash back. Their support has not responded to me after I provided the order information they requested. I have reported them to the BBB and haven't heard back. I am still nagging their support waiting to get a response.
To anyone reading this forum considering using microsoft cash back, my advice is DO NOT.
I am facing the exact same issue since Oct. It is now Dec and we are still not seeing any transfer. I stopped scanning receipts till they resolve this issue.
