I purchased a order from samsung.com via Microsoft Cashback and it immediately said my cashback is success. However, several days later, the cashback case even disappeared from the pending cashback category. I would not make that purchase without the cashback, and yes, I contact them via the Microsoft cashback webpage, and no one respond. So it does look like a scam. Any ideas?

I've had a similar issue when I made a large purchase at Home Depot. The transaction was cancelled on my dashboard which I don't understand as the purchase was not returned!
It is very sad that Microsoft is not taking this matter seriously. I do have the same problem multiples times. It will appear as the Microsoft cashback pending then few days later disappear from the account.
If they cannot honor the Microsoft cashback, they should fix this command off the network.
I got a response asking for more information and a screenshot of the order. Since the form doesn't allow for images to be embedded I assumed they wanted me to reply to the e-mail. I sent everything five days ago and haven't heard back. Same thing happened to me that I assume happened to most people, the order was in my account as pending and then it disappeared. I thought maybe they didn't want an e-mail reply and that they wanted a reply through the form again so I sent that as well and got the exact same form letter about them needing more information.
If it were a dollar or two I wouldn't care but it's more like $44. It'd be cool if someone on that Rewards team could reach out and fix this for us.
There seems to be a pattern emerging. Small cashback rewards are honored like for $5 and under but the larger cashback awards are routinely canceled. It also seems like larger rewards are offered on sites that are more likely to have larger purchases like one poster mentioned Home Depot, mine was for 1800Contacts. It will be interesting to see if the FTC complaint gets me anywhere. This definitely seems like a fraudulent or at least deceptive business practice.
It is a scam. I had about $50 that I could never redeem because their system stated I didn't have an email address on file, while actually having 2 emails on file. Today I checked again and the cash is gone. This is a scam. I can see a big class action lawsuit coming.
