Is Microsoft Cashback a scam?

I purchased a order from samsung.com via Microsoft Cashback and it immediately said my cashback is success. However, several days later, the cashback case even disappeared from the pending cashback category. I would not make that purchase without the cashback, and yes, I contact them via the Microsoft cashback webpage, and no one respond. So it does look like a scam. Any ideas?

    The issue has been a pattern of their refusal to honor larger cashback rewards and the nonexistent customer service when an inquiry is made. I had no problem accumulating 19 cents rewards or $1.48 rewards. The issue came when my cashback award would have been over $40. The transaction was canceled and they ignored every email I sent. Others seem to have had similar experiences with larger rewards.

    I'm sorry people are having issues with it. I was questioning it myself... But I redeemed $112 cash back from them using my PayPal account. I requested it to be deposited into my PayPal account and it showed up a few minutes later. I then tested it at a store using my PayPal debit card and the transaction was processed just fine, and the amount was deducted from my balance. I then had it transferred to my bank account through my banks debit card and it as well was processed within minutes. I also received a notice from my bank that the amount was deposited. Maybe some just have bad luck.

    Believe it or not, it popped back up when I made and additional purchase yesterday , and I was able to access and transfer the reward money to PayPal account. It is odd that the usual way I accessed cashback disappeared the day the money became available.

    Same here! Last week I was able to check on pending cashback rewards. I had 3 pending, 1 of the 3 was due to be made available today. I tried to access it but was unable to open my Microsoft cashback rewards.
