How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support?

I have tried three times over the past several months to get in touch with Microsoft Rewards about a suspended account by submitting a contact form from this link https://rewards.bing.com/support. Nobody has responded to me. Can you please let me know another medium to contact them?

    Hi ,

    I was on Microsoft Rewards and was going to redeem myself an Xbox Gift card. I had spent the last 3 months saving up and when i redeemed it, the page immediately went to, "Sorry, this page is unresponsive". I tried to go back and redeem it again, however, it said that i have 0 points and i am unable to redeem. This is totally unacceptable and I want my points back.

    I have 44,990 points for microsoft rewards and I'm trying to redeem 3 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which is only 35,000 points. I scanned the QR code on my xbox and now it says its sending me a code on my gmail, but I haven't received that code yet and its been 2 days. I need my code.
