I have tried three times over the past several months to get in touch with Microsoft Rewards about a suspended account by submitting a contact form from this link https://rewards.bing.com/support. Nobody has responded to me. Can you please let me know another medium to contact them?

    Hey there!

Nice to meet you! I'm Darhyl, an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry you are experiencing this on Microsoft Rewards. No worries, let me help you sort this out.

Unfortunately, this link: https://rewards.bing.com/support is the only way to reach out to Microsoft Rewards Support.

Have you also tried to check your junk and spam folders just in case? Try to contact them again, it may take a while for them to reply due to the high volume of support tickets they receive daily.

If you received an email from them but your appeal for the suspension has been denied, the next step is through the Arbitration method.

According to Windowsreport website: if you have not broken any rules, navigate to the Binding Arbitration section:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/servicesagreement

Click on the Arbitration and dispute resolution link in this section:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/arbitration

Go to Demand for arbitration, expand, and download the Notice of Dispute form (PDF).

Please fill out the form and mail it to Microsoft. Then wait for 60 days for the dispute to be resolved.

If unresolved after 60 days, download the Demand for Arbitration form (PDF). Fill it out and mail it to Microsoft.

Follow the rest of the process as mentioned in the section.

An unbiased panel will be assigned to resolve your case, once they have all the facts in place.

Now, wait till the Microsoft Rewards support team gets back with an email response.
