How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support?

I have tried three times over the past several months to get in touch with Microsoft Rewards about a suspended account by submitting a contact form from this link https://rewards.bing.com/support. Nobody has responded to me. Can you please let me know another medium to contact them?

    Oi Microsoft, eu Miguel não estou conseguindo colocar meu número de telefone,sempre que coloco aparece "tente novamente mais tarde" nem meu amigo consegue colocar também. A conta dele é nova e mesno assim ele não consegue. Eu fui colocar meu número de telefone na conta dele para ver se ele consegue resgatar as recompensas, mas até que deu certo. Quando fui colocar meu número de telefone na minha conta eu não consegui. Por favor me ajudem, vou contar com vocês Microsoft Rewards.
