I have tried three times over the past several months to get in touch with Microsoft Rewards about a suspended account by submitting a contact form from this link https://rewards.bing.com/support. Nobody has responded to me. Can you please let me know another medium to contact them?

Hi Microsoft! Sorry for disturbing but I would like to inform you that the points I earn on Microsoft rewards don't go up and It's been like that for quite some time now, I was thinking of what I should do and thought about contacting you guys, all I'm asking is for you guys to fix my points please and thank you
