How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support?

I have tried three times over the past several months to get in touch with Microsoft Rewards about a suspended account by submitting a contact form from this link https://rewards.bing.com/support. Nobody has responded to me. Can you please let me know another medium to contact them?

    Same that team does zero work. I've made over 30 tickets as the rest of support tells me they can't do anything or reach them either. Even though hired by Microsoft. It's just another way to screw customers. They've been ignoring tickets for over 8 years. The company refuses to fix it. I see why everyone switches to PlayStation.

    I can’t use my phone number because bing doesn’t support my country code, i want to redeem my points so please send me a link to redeem my points without phone number

    Your micro soft rewards you took .y points awY and it was your fault could not get by questions three or 4 would not let me finish. Check out everything else is done but the questions about the 4tb time I'm sick of this
