I have plenty of points saved up to go and use them in a sweepstakes, but every time I click on a reward to redeem from the redeem page, it just takes me back to the redeem page, like it just reloaded the page instead of taking me to confirm the reward. This happens with every single reward. I just want to redeem my points but for some reason I can't on this account, I've used my brother's account as well to test this and his works fine but mine is bugged for some reason. Is there any way to fix this?

Old thread but I'm in the same situation. Can't seem to redeem. I have a support ticket in and I'm hopeful it will resolve before too long.
We're in the same boat, whenever I try to redeem anything it says "We are having problems connecting to our server. Please try again later." It then forces me to return to the dashboard. Keep us updated about your support ticket please.
Working now had to tell to get off there back side and fix this issue.
Same situation happened to me, tried e-mailing them about the issue but no one has responded back to me.
Well, the issue magically resolved itself. No one ever got back to me but I was finally able to redeem my points. I hope it resolves for everyone else. Good luck everyone.
