I have plenty of points saved up to go and use them in a sweepstakes, but every time I click on a reward to redeem from the redeem page, it just takes me back to the redeem page, like it just reloaded the page instead of taking me to confirm the reward. This happens with every single reward. I just want to redeem my points but for some reason I can't on this account, I've used my brother's account as well to test this and his works fine but mine is bugged for some reason. Is there any way to fix this?

I am absolutely having the same issue. I've made three support tickets and haven't gotten a response at all, either. It's been going on for at least a week now.
bro they just said to me that "After thorough review, you have encountered an issue with redeeming rewards, because you appear to be attempting to redeem an item from outside of your current market, which is a violation of program policy. Please be inform that you should only be redeeming rewards that is offered in your current market, this is because offers and rewards varies between account, region or market. Please ensure that you are not using a proxy or VPN service that may obfuscate your true location." I don't even know what that means, I just want to redeem my points for some robux.

I have the exact same problem. I've contacted Microsoft a lot of times and they finally responded after I think the 4th time, and just said that there's a high demand and they'll try and sort it out, however they can't tell me how long it will take. It has already been around 4 days and I haven't gotten a response. Did you manage to redeem the points?
