Why won't microsoft rewards let me redeem anything?

I have plenty of points saved up to go and use them in a sweepstakes, but every time I click on a reward to redeem from the redeem page, it just takes me back to the redeem page, like it just reloaded the page instead of taking me to confirm the reward. This happens with every single reward. I just want to redeem my points but for some reason I can't on this account, I've used my brother's account as well to test this and his works fine but mine is bugged for some reason. Is there any way to fix this?

    This is the same for me, at first I thought it was a me problem. I have read that rewards support some countries but UK is one of those countries. I have also read that I might need to clear cookies and browser cache, done that, didn't work. Microsoft please fix this as I can see from comments on this post it is a decently common problem. I think it is something to do one your side. Thank you.

    Well, the issue magically resolved itself. No one ever got back to me but I was finally able to redeem my points. I hope it resolves for everyone else. Good luck everyone.

    Same situation happened to me, tried e-mailing them about the issue but no one has responded back to me.

    Working now had to tell to get off there back side and fix this issue.
