Why won't microsoft rewards let me redeem anything?

I have plenty of points saved up to go and use them in a sweepstakes, but every time I click on a reward to redeem from the redeem page, it just takes me back to the redeem page, like it just reloaded the page instead of taking me to confirm the reward. This happens with every single reward. I just want to redeem my points but for some reason I can't on this account, I've used my brother's account as well to test this and his works fine but mine is bugged for some reason. Is there any way to fix this?

    I was able to redeem Yesterday 12/7/23 and redeemed for 5 - $100 Amazon gift cards

    But the 5th one was stuck on processing until today. I still had 96,000 points and was able to earn this morning too but just went to redeem and couldnt.

    first try it said contact them so I did. ( Probably wont hear back for a while ) but tried again from my computer and it asks to verify I am a human , it verifes but the Confirm Reward button will not load.

    I have no clue if there is a yearly amount you can redeem , like someone mentioned early this year, but if that's the case I can be cool with it, but would have been nice to know before hand. Why save up for something big if you cant cash out?

    I had this problem to but try to refresh the page a few times becaouse it worked for me

    Had the same issue. Only for them to tell me that I can only redeem a certain amount of points per year; after racking up 13 years worth of rewards points. I should be able to spend them how I see fit. I gave you thousands of dollars, now you're going to cap my reward spending? Highway robbery at it's finest.

    I've had the same problem for 2 months, completed all the monthly rewards only to be screwed out of my sweepstakes, it's no wonder piracy is such an issue, they steal from us, so people steal from them, they deserve it tbh.
