Why won't microsoft rewards let me redeem anything?

I have plenty of points saved up to go and use them in a sweepstakes, but every time I click on a reward to redeem from the redeem page, it just takes me back to the redeem page, like it just reloaded the page instead of taking me to confirm the reward. This happens with every single reward. I just want to redeem my points but for some reason I can't on this account, I've used my brother's account as well to test this and his works fine but mine is bugged for some reason. Is there any way to fix this?

    Hello

    I'm Manh-Dinh

    I had two microsoft rewards account. One in microsft one in google chrome. After a few minutes spending on my computer my microsoft reward account from microsoft ( 21000 points) changed into my google chrome microsoft reward account (86 points ). Now I have Two times the same account.

    How can I fix that,

    Hi,

    It does that to me too! But when I redeem*, it starts* verifying then says success and then when I confirm it, it doesn't do anything! Every card in Microsoft Rewards that I do, would always FAIL! I think it only works on mobile devices*. So, I saved up so many* points*, FOR NOTHIN! Wonder if* Microsoft would fix the no redeeming problem for everyone? But it's probably going to be at least more than a year of fixing to be officially done or they won't even fix it at all! So, we are kind of in the same path, to be honest.
