I have plenty of points saved up to go and use them in a sweepstakes, but every time I click on a reward to redeem from the redeem page, it just takes me back to the redeem page, like it just reloaded the page instead of taking me to confirm the reward. This happens with every single reward. I just want to redeem my points but for some reason I can't on this account, I've used my brother's account as well to test this and his works fine but mine is bugged for some reason. Is there any way to fix this?

Well, I posted on June 18th that it wasn't working but it was broken for several days before I posted. And then it resolved on June 23rd. So I'd guesstimate about 7-10 days. But no one ever answered my support ticket. I kept trying to redeem and then it worked. Sorry I can't be of more help.
Well, the issue magically resolved itself. No one ever got back to me but I was finally able to redeem my points. I hope it resolves for everyone else. Good luck everyone.
Question, how long did it take to fix itself because it looks like Microsoft isn't going to fix it anytime soon?

It's most likely a server error, some are down for maintenance on weekends. With 1.5 billion users Microsoft is trying to add servers around the world to keep up with it.

Same situation happened to me, tried e-mailing them about the issue but no one has responded back to me.
