Why won't microsoft rewards let me redeem anything?

I have plenty of points saved up to go and use them in a sweepstakes, but every time I click on a reward to redeem from the redeem page, it just takes me back to the redeem page, like it just reloaded the page instead of taking me to confirm the reward. This happens with every single reward. I just want to redeem my points but for some reason I can't on this account, I've used my brother's account as well to test this and his works fine but mine is bugged for some reason. Is there any way to fix this?

2024-08-17T19:03:12+00:00 Had the same problem, I don't think Microsoft cares that it won't work. I've tried refreshing and even restarting and NOTHING is working. I just want to try and get some reward points redeemed.
