I have plenty of points saved up to go and use them in a sweepstakes, but every time I click on a reward to redeem from the redeem page, it just takes me back to the redeem page, like it just reloaded the page instead of taking me to confirm the reward. This happens with every single reward. I just want to redeem my points but for some reason I can't on this account, I've used my brother's account as well to test this and his works fine but mine is bugged for some reason. Is there any way to fix this?

I'm trying to redeem my robux gift card but it keeps relaoding the page and it's really annoying please fix this
I've been having the EXACT same problem for days. It seems to feel like we have some sort of hidden lock on our accounts which now prevents us from redeeming points. I want to redeem an Amazon card (which I have done at last 2 or 3 times in the past) and just cannot stop getting a white screen with:
"There’s an issue with your account or order
Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance."
I've opened two tickets for help with no reply at all...
This has actually been the same issue with me, except every time I click on "Confirm Reward" for literally anything I can redeem, it doesn't do anything. No email, no history update, nothing. I tried to contact support, but they just gave me some useless **** about how "Oh, our Roblox gift cards might not be working-" like DUDE. IT'S NOT JUST THOSE. I LITERALLY CANNOT REDEEM A SINGLE THING.

It's most likely a server error, some are down for maintenance on weekends. With 1.5 billion users Microsoft is trying to add servers around the world to keep up with it.
If it doesn't respond by early in the new week, I'd open a case with Microsoft Rewards here:

I haven't heard back yet. Opened 2 tickets and the only response I've received was they are experiencing high volume, so please refrain from opening up another ticket. Hasn't worked for me since January 17, 2023. You crooks will let me buy something but God forbid I try to use my reward points I earned for free stuff......
