Incorrect "You've reached the conversation limit for today. Sign in to continue your chat." message

I've been experiencing the same issue and I agree that this is not a good solution from Microsoft.

They said updating our Microsoft account's information such as our birth date or country would help, but in my case, these information is already updated in my account. I don't really wanted to change those details to something else as it would just be incorrect.

So, I decided to update the full name instead. And it worked.

It worked, clearing your cookies and cache data can really solve the issue of sign-in problem in Bing chat.

You guys really need to stop insisting everyone "clear your cache and cookies". Perhaps you might say WHICH cookies to clear? Demanding everyone suddenly log themselves out of everything on the Internet as your first option is completely stupid.

And now look at your third option, too. You think people should "go try a different browser". As it happens, I'm on a Mac and using the Bing Chat for All Browsers extension in Chrome (which isn't addressed at all), but the vast majority of your users are going to just be using Edge on Windows computers. The average user doesn't have the extension I've mentioned installed, and without it only Edge works with Bing Chat by default. So you just told them "go try something that's known to not work without a lot of extra work" (without mentioning the other work).

Your response is both unprofessional and irresponsible, and you do not deserve your job. Quit right now, Suganya, or admit that you're a moral and ethical failure for defrauding people to think you deserve to be the one answering question for Microsoft when you don't know dreck.
