Very disappointed with Microsoft rewards, I have enough points to redeem for a gift card and it says

There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.

I contacted customer support over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply even though it says you will get a response within 24 hours. Please can someone sort this out, I have redeemed in the past and has no issues but now I can’t redeem anything which isn’t fair on me.

    To be fair, the wings have a custom effect which is actually quite cool, but it doesn't fit with anything (in terms of outfits).

    And anyway, you can get over 150 points in a day (daily set and level 2 pc search + the other offers if you scroll down).

    Shouldn't take too long...

    I have the exact issue I just can't stand it I worked so hard to get my amount of points just for there to be another problem

    The issue was actually fixed by itself i guess after a month of its occurrence

    I guess I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue.

    I've tried both my phone and pc.

    I've tried both Chrome and edge.

    I've tried different amounts of gift card.

    I keep getting the same generic-**** answer.

    Last time I contacted support they claimed it was die to fraudulent bing searches. Which is hilarious since I don't use bing.
