Very disappointed with Microsoft rewards, I have enough points to redeem for a gift card and it says

There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.

I contacted customer support over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply even though it says you will get a response within 24 hours. Please can someone sort this out, I have redeemed in the past and has no issues but now I can’t redeem anything which isn’t fair on me.

    I understand your relpy, but Microsoft Rewards is running out of business. As of today, Microsoft deleted the 1,500 points to get a 100 Roblox Digital Gift Card.

    I did get the issue, and still am. i'm saying that that probably isn't the cause of the problem. Apart from being highly unlikely, why would they bar you from redeeming rewards just to get you to claim the higher one for more points?

    It doesn't make sense, and if it is true, I'm giving my points away to charity.

    The error didn't showed up to you, but it did to most of the people in Mircosoft Rewards.
