Very disappointed with Microsoft rewards, I have enough points to redeem for a gift card and it says
There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.
I contacted customer support over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply even though it says you will get a response within 24 hours. Please can someone sort this out, I have redeemed in the past and has no issues but now I can’t redeem anything which isn’t fair on me.

They also deleted the 200 robux gift card also, now i have to grind for the 400 and the virtual gift card.
ISSUE HAS BEEN FIXED!
They're never gonna give compensation but in a hypothetical scenario I would be asking for the same amount of points I had, 16k, so I could redeem them and never use bing rewards again.
I highly doubt they'd give any type of compensation but I'd be fine with anything lool
