Very disappointed with Microsoft rewards, I have enough points to redeem for a gift card and it says
There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.
I contacted customer support over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply even though it says you will get a response within 24 hours. Please can someone sort this out, I have redeemed in the past and has no issues but now I can’t redeem anything which isn’t fair on me.

Why is there no live chat or email for Microsoft rewards. It’s now been 3 and a half weeks and I think there is no point doing Microsoft rewards anymore because if I have earned the points they should give it to me. It’s very rude to ignore people when I have emailed them now more than 10 times over the past 25 days

It’s really not okay for Microsoft to do this and I’m not the only one lots of people are experiencing this issue

Yes I have checked everything. I have redeem in the past but I am not able to any more,, and customer services are no help as I’ve written to them for 3 weeks
