Very disappointed with Microsoft rewards, I have enough points to redeem for a gift card and it says

There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.

I contacted customer support over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply even though it says you will get a response within 24 hours. Please can someone sort this out, I have redeemed in the past and has no issues but now I can’t redeem anything which isn’t fair on me.

    I’m having the same issue I’m trying to redeem some minecoins but it’s just saying “ThErEs aN IsSue WiTh yOuR AcCOunt oR OrDEr.” Like if you worked so hard to gain up points and all you get is this error message every.single.time when you’ve practically done absolutely nothing wrong then it’s like “well what was the point of wasting my time on Microsoft rewards just to know that I cant even redeem the reward.” Should have never done Microsoft rewards because now I got 3k Points that are practically useless I literally wasted 2 months of my life getting 3k points just for a Freaking reward I cant even redeem.

    MICROSOFT FOR CRYING OUT LOUD FIX YOUR BLOODY REWARD SYSTEM.

    I guess I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue.

    I've tried both my phone and pc.

    I've tried both Chrome and edge.

    I've tried different amounts of gift card.

    I keep getting the same generic-**** answer.

    Last time I contacted support they claimed it was die to fraudulent bing searches. Which is hilarious since I don't use bing.

    I have the exact issue I just can't stand it I worked so hard to get my amount of points just for there to be another problem
