Very disappointed with Microsoft rewards, I have enough points to redeem for a gift card and it says

There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.

I contacted customer support over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply even though it says you will get a response within 24 hours. Please can someone sort this out, I have redeemed in the past and has no issues but now I can’t redeem anything which isn’t fair on me.

    Same, I was trying to get robux with my points I got the error message, i sent a ticket to microsoft and they were taking forever to reply so I came on this forum, I didn't know that this was such a big problem. Glad to see that people are talking about it...Hopefully microsoft fixes the issue cuz it took me forever to get those points and now I cant even use them.

    I'm done ima just buy a real giftcard from the store cuz it seems like this "mircosoft rewards" ain't doing **** about this issue seems like its on porpuse and they are doing nothing about it cuz they want you to waste your time earning those points i tried to redeem the 100 robux giftcard and got. There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.

    We'd love to assist you in understanding the possible cause of this issue. *Unfortunately, based on the data security protection policy, we are unable to understand the account information to explore any possible correlation factors.*We've noticed that other users have reported similar issues.Based on my rough inference, this may be a temporary network exception, or a code service exception related to the Rewards system.*But this is speculation only, and my speculation does not represent the actual cause of the problem.*We will keep an eye on this issue and will let you know as soon as we become aware of any developments regarding this issue.

    I hope so but I’m not sure if it’s the gifts cards or not it just something I heard people talking about so thx for talking to me
