Very disappointed with Microsoft rewards, I have enough points to redeem for a gift card and it says
There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.
I contacted customer support over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply even though it says you will get a response within 24 hours. Please can someone sort this out, I have redeemed in the past and has no issues but now I can’t redeem anything which isn’t fair on me.

I have tried finding a way to help but it seem we are all in the same situation some people says Microsoft are out of gift cards and others don’t even know why this is even happening so I really don’t know myself on what to do I already tried reaching out to Microsoft support they are not even answering or giving me any information so all I can think is we can try waiting I don’t know how long okay but we can try waiting or asking them for help like how we try to do but I think that’s not going to help hmmm will we are f t that all also I already watched videos on YouTube it doesn’t help men this is confusing us men

I’m having the same issue too. I’ve tried a few days and it still says the same thing. I’ve looked at other replies but I don’t think it helps. Any info or help is truly appreciated.
