Very disappointed with Microsoft rewards, I have enough points to redeem for a gift card and it says
There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.
I contacted customer support over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply even though it says you will get a response within 24 hours. Please can someone sort this out, I have redeemed in the past and has no issues but now I can’t redeem anything which isn’t fair on me.

Yes, this problem has happened to me when robux digital codes on microsoft rewards came back on (16th June).
When I try to redeem reward, it says the same thing about the account or order problem.
Hope Microsoft fixes this as soon as possible.
I just ran into the same issue in my primary browser, Microsoft Edge on desktop. I loaded up Google Chrome instead and the redeem went through without issue.
Yeah, tried that, but didn't work unfortunately. Still waiting on another update from support.
