Very disappointed with Microsoft rewards, I have enough points to redeem for a gift card and it says

There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.

I contacted customer support over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply even though it says you will get a response within 24 hours. Please can someone sort this out, I have redeemed in the past and has no issues but now I can’t redeem anything which isn’t fair on me.

    I just found out you could not have more than one account for having points. I guess I should've realized that but no where did I see you could not have two accounts. I wasn't even using the two actively. I just had two from years prior. Pretty dumb considering they could've just warned me that I had two accounts with points on it and to delete it or do something with it rather than ban my main Microsoft account for points/redeeming as well. Guess I will try to plead my case within the support request form.

    Would you look at that! They no longer have Roblox Gift Cards available! :D Breaking my streak and giving all of my points to charity! :D Bye bye Microsoft Rewards! :D

    I know, I wanted to redeem the 200 but now I have to wait for 400. I already have the Plasma Wings too.

    They also deleted the 200 robux gift card also, now i have to grind for the 400 and the virtual gift card.
