Very disappointed with Microsoft rewards, I have enough points to redeem for a gift card and it says

There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.

I contacted customer support over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply even though it says you will get a response within 24 hours. Please can someone sort this out, I have redeemed in the past and has no issues but now I can’t redeem anything which isn’t fair on me.

    I think they ran out of codes (even if this isn't what happened, I don't think they wanted us to save up points. If they did, why not remove all the options up to 1,000 Robux for 15,000 points to make the most profit possible? Also, they only profit off of partnerships and advertisements, how is removing the easier options to make redeeming Robux take ages boosting their revenue?).

    microsoft getting me to act up ong i literally have a proper cell phone number and everything but it still says that, ive checked and the only thing thats a problem here is that 3 other people in my household use microsoft rewards, also i contacted them as well and they havent done sh**. Its absolute BS the way they treat this, atleast provide some form of actual solution. I know sure as hell the thing im trying to redeem is valid so why doesnt it work? i really dont get it.

    I understand your relpy, but Microsoft Rewards is running out of business. As of today, Microsoft deleted the 1,500 points to get a 100 Roblox Digital Gift Card.
