Very disappointed with Microsoft rewards, I have enough points to redeem for a gift card and it says

There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.

I contacted customer support over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply even though it says you will get a response within 24 hours. Please can someone sort this out, I have redeemed in the past and has no issues but now I can’t redeem anything which isn’t fair on me.

For real, can't they just do something about it instead of saying the same thing OVER and OVER again? I wish they could do something that can help fix this issue, Microsoft Rewards needs their game face ON!

Me too :( What sucks is I saved for so long and when i wasn't getting that error I thought to myself I'm going to save for a higher amount of a gift card or overwatch coins etc. But now I can't even use them. -20k
