My Microsoft rewards account suspended and I don't know why my account is suspended please help me. Please help me.

Some of the common reasons why your rewards account may be banned include a breach of the Microsoft Services Agreement or the use of a VPN. When you violate the terms, like creating Microsoft rewards alt accounts using multiple emails, your account gets suspended.

    I have the same issue.

    I do use a VPN but not intentionally to get additional points! My entire family uses a VPN but what i dont understand is why didnt Microsoft send an email with a warning to state NOT to use a VPN instead of laying a suspension?

    Even better why didnt MS just stop those points from accumulating if they noticed anyone is on VPN? If they can suspend you obviously then can tell when you are using a VPN so instead of banning why not just stop those points?

    No warning emails or anything. Shame on MS for targeting those that are just protecting themselves and their families online experience and not sending clear instructions and warnings of what not to do!

    Don’t waste your time. Microsoft don’t respond to support requests. I have asked three times why my account has been suspended and no reply. Pity, off to support Sony as Microsoft don’t deserve customer support.
