I clicked "add phone number" on manage how to sign in with microsoft. I then added my phone number and recieved no text. I resent the code and yet recieved no text. I restarted my phone, reset the wifi and looked at other articles with people having this problem. Nothing helped. Please don't send me the microsoft help page on this issue because that hasn't fixed the problem.

I can't believe that a large corporation like Microsoft makes procedures so difficult. To me it seems that whole reward system is a scam to have people use Bing and other MS products to accumulate points which can't be redeemed by many users.
