I can't add a phone number to my microsoft account on microsoft rewards.

I clicked "add phone number" on manage how to sign in with microsoft. I then added my phone number and recieved no text. I resent the code and yet recieved no text. I restarted my phone, reset the wifi and looked at other articles with people having this problem. Nothing helped. Please don't send me the microsoft help page on this issue because that hasn't fixed the problem.

    yes, same problem, but for me, it dates back to November 2022. I opened with Microsoft ; they say they are investigating, but i haven't receiverd any constructive response since the mentioned date.

    Warning: DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH MICROSOFT SUPPORT. THEY WON'T FIX ANYTHING. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ADD MY NUMBER BACK FOR QUITE A WHILE NOW, AND SUPPORT DOES NOTHING EVEN ON A REQUEST. THEY RESPOND ONCE AND NOTHING AGAIN. I GIVE THE F UP ON MICROSOFT REWARDS AND XBOX AND GAME PASS ULTIMATE AND NO RECOMMENDATIONS TO USE THOSE TO OTHER PEOPLE. THEY SUCK WHEN COMING TO ANY KIND OF REWARDS FROM THEM. CAN'T EVEN USE MY CASH BACK BECAUSE OF THE BS.

    I think or plan on buying a Playstation next time. I have always enjoyed that console many years ago, and Microsoft has just got to the bottom of the barrel with their product for games and rewards. They just aren't worth any hassle anymore.

    That’s what I do, pc is only for Microsoft so yea, main gaming on console is ps5

    I agree... Microsoft's service is incompetent and doesn't respond clearly to requests, but we'll "loo into it" lol
