I clicked "add phone number" on manage how to sign in with microsoft. I then added my phone number and recieved no text. I resent the code and yet recieved no text. I restarted my phone, reset the wifi and looked at other articles with people having this problem. Nothing helped. Please don't send me the microsoft help page on this issue because that hasn't fixed the problem.

So if it is not going to be fixed I have cashback I cannot claim and reward points for Amazon vouchers. This then amounts to embezzlement by Microsoft.
Should I therefore start legal proceedings against Microsoft?? Or just go steal Microsoft products to the value of what I cannot claim..

If you have evidence that proves this is embezzlement and illegal and they haven’t done anything to fix this use, which I think is fair to say they won’t considering it’s been months and this entire thread has been 100% ignored by the “support” team, then you absolutely should sue them.

Stealing is probably not the best idea, but something needs to be done to get their attention. I wonder how many people this has affected. Anyone have an email for one of their VPs?

Yes. So many respnses since I posted this. I is as if I crreated a "trash mail folder" since all the reples lead to nothing. Simple stop using Microsoft and swith to Coupert. Thanks you :)
