I can't add a phone number to my microsoft account on microsoft rewards.

I clicked "add phone number" on manage how to sign in with microsoft. I then added my phone number and recieved no text. I resent the code and yet recieved no text. I restarted my phone, reset the wifi and looked at other articles with people having this problem. Nothing helped. Please don't send me the microsoft help page on this issue because that hasn't fixed the problem.

    Try another verification method. Your method to try to fix was exactly the same problem as before.

    It says try another verifikation Methode.

    There are no other verfication methods that work and it won't let me verify my number
