I can't add a phone number to my microsoft account on microsoft rewards.

I clicked "add phone number" on manage how to sign in with microsoft. I then added my phone number and recieved no text. I resent the code and yet recieved no text. I restarted my phone, reset the wifi and looked at other articles with people having this problem. Nothing helped. Please don't send me the microsoft help page on this issue because that hasn't fixed the problem.

    Yep agree mate - makes you wonder doesn't it! My phone number has always been there but mysteriously disappeared all of a sudden and I now cant claim my rewards as cant add the phone number back in due ot this CAPCHA bug? 5 days and counting to fix a issue like this seems very fishy to me. Very very frustrating and shocking customer service especially to those people who are trying to add new devices.

    when i entered phone number then it says Try another verification method!! please help

    When we put the number, to add to account It says "Try another verification method That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method."

    And the title of the page also changes to "Blocked"

    Just forget it. I have. I've given up which is obviously what Microsoft wants. They don't care. They won't help. And the support is abysmal.

    I'm done with trying to fix this issue.
