I clicked "add phone number" on manage how to sign in with microsoft. I then added my phone number and recieved no text. I resent the code and yet recieved no text. I restarted my phone, reset the wifi and looked at other articles with people having this problem. Nothing helped. Please don't send me the microsoft help page on this issue because that hasn't fixed the problem.

Yep agree mate - makes you wonder doesn't it! My phone number has always been there but mysteriously disappeared all of a sudden and I now cant claim my rewards as cant add the phone number back in due ot this CAPCHA bug? 5 days and counting to fix a issue like this seems very fishy to me. Very very frustrating and shocking customer service especially to those people who are trying to add new devices.
When I am adding phone number then after verifying that I am a human it is not directing to any other page. also not adding my phone number due to this I am not able to redeem my reward points.
after waiting 30 minutes no countinue button see.

It's been a nightmare trying to redeem my points....I have been doing all that I could but to no use.It seems that Microsoft has run out of rewards and is using this double-faced scheme (aka HUMAN VERIFICATION) to hide the fact.
