I can't add a phone number to my microsoft account on microsoft rewards.

I clicked "add phone number" on manage how to sign in with microsoft. I then added my phone number and recieved no text. I resent the code and yet recieved no text. I restarted my phone, reset the wifi and looked at other articles with people having this problem. Nothing helped. Please don't send me the microsoft help page on this issue because that hasn't fixed the problem.

    Yeah.

    Literally do that.

    If you have evidence that proves this is embezzlement and illegal and they haven’t done anything to fix this use, which I think is fair to say they won’t considering it’s been months and this entire thread has been 100% ignored by the “support” team, then you absolutely should sue them.

    No sarcasm at all.

    I will happily join any petition or legal document needed.

    So if it is not going to be fixed I have cashback I cannot claim and reward points for Amazon vouchers. This then amounts to embezzlement by Microsoft.

    Should I therefore start legal proceedings against Microsoft?? Or just go steal Microsoft products to the value of what I cannot claim..

    We need to accept that this is broken and they are not going to repair it.

    Rewards are completely broken and pointless in their current state and they aren't going to fix it.

    This is a huge problem. Whenever I add a phone number to Microsoft, it says temporarily disabled, if not working, then try later. I did this about every hour and still didn't work. Microsoft, please help.
