I can't add a phone number to my microsoft account on microsoft rewards.

I clicked "add phone number" on manage how to sign in with microsoft. I then added my phone number and recieved no text. I resent the code and yet recieved no text. I restarted my phone, reset the wifi and looked at other articles with people having this problem. Nothing helped. Please don't send me the microsoft help page on this issue because that hasn't fixed the problem.

    To whom it may concern

    I am writing to highlight an issue that to date has not been resolved despite many different attempts in getting the issue resolved and many open tickets to the help desks.(Without success)

    Issue

    Unable to add a phone number to the Microsoft account to enable the redemption of gift cards or cashback earned on the account.

    Having looked up this issue, I am not alone with this and to date there is no working solution put forward by Microsoft to rectify the problem

    As I have accrued cashback and substantial points to redeem vouchers. I would like a working solution to get back what is rightfully mine.

    I therefore look to you to investigate this issue and resolve it with the minimum of delays.

    Yes. So many respnses since I posted this. I is as if I crreated a "trash mail folder" since all the reples lead to nothing. Simple stop using Microsoft and swith to Coupert. Thanks you :)

    Thanks for your reply and support. I wonder if there is a petition that has been started about this issue.

    I Will make enquiries re legal action against Microsoft.

    Will try and start a petition for getting Microsoft to take action..

    Stealing is probably not the best idea, but something needs to be done to get their attention. I wonder how many people this has affected. Anyone have an email for one of their VPs?
