I clicked "add phone number" on manage how to sign in with microsoft. I then added my phone number and recieved no text. I resent the code and yet recieved no text. I restarted my phone, reset the wifi and looked at other articles with people having this problem. Nothing helped. Please don't send me the microsoft help page on this issue because that hasn't fixed the problem.

hi. i had the same problem as well and i tried different numbers like my friends and stuff because i wanted to redeem rewards and it didnt receive on their phones either, now it says i cant add number saying try a different method but i cannot redeem codes without a number
