I clicked "add phone number" on manage how to sign in with microsoft. I then added my phone number and recieved no text. I resent the code and yet recieved no text. I restarted my phone, reset the wifi and looked at other articles with people having this problem. Nothing helped. Please don't send me the microsoft help page on this issue because that hasn't fixed the problem.

Try checking that the "OTP" text has not been automatically blocked.
This was the case for me on my android phone, and unblocking the phone number resolved my issue.
